REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS :

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, Glamour Jewel will take responsibility for the exchange. Customers must resend the parcel via courier to our provided address.

EXCHANGES FOR SIZES OR DESIGN :

For exchanges related to size (e.g., bangles, rings, etc) or design, the customer will pay the delivery charges.

EXCHANGE PERIOD :

Once we receive your returned parcel, you have 2 days to request an exchange for the product.

REFUNDS : 

We do not offer cash refunds. In cases of size issues or damaged products, we provide exchange items instead.

Customer-Initiated Exchanges :

If you wish to exchange an item after receiving your order, you will be responsible for both the return and reshipment delivery charges, provided there was no fault on our end.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS :

Exchanges will only be accepted if the item is unused, and the packaging is in its original condition.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR CUSTOMER :

Please ensure you make a video while unboxing the parcel. If any items are damaged or missing, send us the video as proof.
